Apply to present at the 2025 Australian Catholic Education Conference
Abstract submissions are open until 28 February 2025.
Abstracts for the Australian Catholic Education Conference 2025 are now invited for submissions under the three focus areas of the Conference - Faith, Excellence & Access.
The Conference Organising Committee acknowledges that there will be crossover between the three areas and that some of the subtopics might fit across a number of key focus areas. For example, a submission on Student Voice could also be included under the Faith or Access area. In this instance, please choose the main focus area "Faith" and choose the appropriate keyword (Student Voice & Feedback (Excellence) to note the connection to Student Voice in the Excellence area.

Terms & Conditions
Submission of abstracts implies the presenter’s agreement to publish the abstract in all conference publications, including the website. Successful abstracts must be presented by the presenter and/or a nominated co-presenter.
Acceptance of the abstract implies the presenter’s agreement to have their presentation livestreamed, recorded and made available following the conference on the National Catholic Education Commission’s website unless otherwise negotiated.
Acceptance of abstracts does not imply any payment from the Organising Committee. Presenters must arrange and pay their own accommodation, travel and other expenses to attend the conference.
All presenters must register and pay to attend at least one day of the conference. Discounted full conference registration is available for successful presenters.
Applications will be reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts and presenters will be advised in writing of the status of their application.
An abstract submission may also be waitlisted depending on the availability of sessions. Due to the expected number of submissions, it is not possible to provide feedback on individual abstracts.
Acceptance or otherwise is at the discretion of the Conference Executive whose decision is final.
